1.课程定位

陈述技巧训练(英文名称:Effective presentation)是商务英语专业一门专业必修课,于第五学期开设,是一门应用性强的特色实训课程。该课程面向湖北省51020产业集群下的现代商务服务业,聚焦外贸业务、涉外商务服务等岗位(群)能力需求,将语言知识和技能应用于典型工作任务,精准提升职场新人的英语陈述能力,增强职业自信。本课程能有效服务外语外贸专业群及国际商务、国际贸易、跨境电商等专业群。

2.课程目标

本课程按照“语言+职业技能+综合素质”专业(群)人才培养模式,采用线上线下混合教学模式,强化岗课赛证融通,深化课程思政融合,培养具有中国情怀和国际视野的、能够从事商务翻译、进出口业务、跨境电商运营、涉外商务事务处理等工作的高素质技术技能人才。

基于典型工作任务,强化语言知识和商务知识,让学生掌握工作情境下英语陈述的专业知识;训练英语陈述和沟通等职业技能,增强其职业自信,提高其职业适应能力;通过课程与思政教学的有机融合,进一步培养良好的人文素养,加强职业道德和创新意识,提升就业创业能力和可持续发展能力。

3.课程结构与内容

本课程采用线上线下混合式教学模式,线上教学和自主学习计20学时,线下实训和考核计20学时。

课程内容对标“1+X”实用英语交际职业技能等级证书(VETS)的交际能力需求,围绕就业岗位(群),开展国际商务情境下 “求职面试、公司简介、计划汇报、开幕演讲、产品发布、进度报告、业绩报告、获奖感言”等工作所需的陈述技巧训练。
